I searched a lot for a bed for my newlywed home, and after seeing a video on Instagram, I fell in love with it and ordered. I'm completely satisfied with everything, from the mattress to the motion-activated features. I was debating whether to get a twin bed because of the price, but if you're a newlywed, get a twin bed. The staff and technicians were all very friendly and helpful, but I deducted one star because the smell was so bad it gave me a headache for a month. It was incredibly difficult to get rid of the smell. Also, as others have mentioned, the mattress isn't fixed properly, so it keeps coming apart and falling out. I tried this bed when I was hospitalized at a Korean medicine clinic after a car accident, and it was incredibly comfortable and great. So, as soon as I was discharged, I searched for the brand and ordered it for home delivery. I'm using it now, and it's truly the best. The person I spoke with was friendly, and the delivery person was very attentive and explained the features thoroughly. Since it uses a renowned German motor, I expect it to be extremely durable. Delivery was on time, and the installation was very friendly and helpful. I thought it would be lower than I expected, but it has a nice height, which I really like. The design is also very clean, which I'm very satisfied with. The call center was very friendly throughout, so I feel like I have no worries with AS. This is my first time using a motion bed, and I'm really looking forward to it. I also used the Mars matrix, and it's not too firm. I wanted it to be just the right amount of firmness, but it's just right. I have acid reflux, and the motion bed helps me sleep comfortably. I highly recommend the motion bed. I saw on Instagram that it would stand up when the alarm went off, so I bought it! I don't really use the alarm function, but since it's a motion bed, I like sitting upright with just my upper body before bed! Black furniture isn't readily available, but I asked and was told they could customize it, so I went with black. However, one of the outlets is defective, so I'm waiting for an exchange.
